Biography: Brandi P. Chavin practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, probate, trust and taxation. Ms. Chavin received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Los Angeles and graduated, Order of the Coif, from the University of California Hastings College of the Law. She obtained her LL.M. in Taxation Law from Golden Gate University, receiving the Outstanding LL.M. Student Award for Tax. Ms. Chavin is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law (The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization), has been named a Super Lawyer (2015 through 2018) and Rising Star (2009 through 2014) by Northern California Super Lawyers and has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America in the practice of Trusts and Estates. Ms. Chavin is a recent past Chair of the Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Section of the Bar Association of San Francisco, and currently sits on the Board of the San Francisco Estate Planning Council. |
